(Both of the above represent Shankley’s birth place) -
Fleur de Lis or Trident ? (I couldn’t find much about this symbol other than the 1892 Liverpool City coat of arms which featured the ancient Greek god’s Triton and Neptune. Triton held a weapon called a Trident)
