I agree, but our western government legitimise the regime and now the Saudis are getting away with sports washing, they already got a foothold in Golf, Boxing and Football.
The same journalists who wanted Brexit so bad and were writing about how the Trade unions must not hold the government to hostage are now are striking for better pay conditions. I must be living in a parallel universre

this is why I refuse to perform Hajj pilgrimage, I don’t want my money going into that horrendous despotic regime. Even though I have to do it once in my life time if I can afford it. Some of my lot don’t understand. The Saudi are also charging (exploiting) the poor pilgrims with unnecessary extra costs. Hajj these days cost between £7,000-10,000 from UK. Since The Saudis have abolished outside agencies and taken charge (very disorganised), they pushed up the cost.

One of my earliest cases as a new Solicitor was a contractual dispute between two people who arranged Hajj journeys under licence from the government. My guy gave a Witness Statement but then when it came to giving evidence at trial having sworn on the Qur’an, totally changed his story 
Here is Law Profession going strike as well.
I have never ever seen so many strikes from different job sectors in my working life all in one year.
I know the teachers union are going to do a ballot on strike action soon.

This is another example of mindless cruelty and stupidity. The US should be ashamed for maintaining this abomination, and making it even worse for some of the people detained there. More than twenty years have gone by, close that freaking thing ffs!
If all it involves is having the Hooters name on the kits, and reduces the costs that parents are forced to pay to allow their kids to join the team, then is it really an issue?
Also, is tight tops and shorts on waitresses really that exploitetive? It is not like the company are forcing the waitresses to get their tits out or anything or prostituting the staff to customers

US companies sell Arab oil worldwide, but does USA need Saudi-Emirati oil for domestic consumptions?
My lot (friends and family) is so eager to go to Hajj while grumbling about the treatment of Bangladeshi workers in Saudi all the time.
