- Maybe we don’t need 24/7 sports radio of we are having entire segments about what fans chanted to a manager.
- Everyone, and I mean everyone, in the media appears to have missed that Liverpool fans were joking with the sacked in the morning chant.
- Guardiola has no reason to go above it and his initial reaction was appreciated as funny by the crowd. It was only afterwards that he allowed himself to spiral when he overthought it (as is standard for him).
- Martin - Liverpool fans clapping opposition goalkeepers isn’t something from our past or something saved for special players, it is done every game to this day.
- Simon - stewards at Anfield tell everyone to sit down, you’re not special, most common people just ignore them.
- Simon - do you think fans are supposed to be happy about losing? They’re not angry at you, every team you’ve ever owned and that has rocked up at Anfield is someone Liverpool are supposed to beat easily. Failure to do so makes the fans angry at our players not yours.
- Simon - You go on to a talk radio show are upset that someone “bellowed” at you. You are aware that people who call into radio shows are fucking lunatics?
