When weâre playing well we just sort of clean up the errors as we go into the next phase of play. See Fabs having to win the ball back 3 times in one play in the lead up to the second goal. To me that seemed to be the difference today - the ball just seemed to keep finding its way to Hendo and Fabâs feet.

What a performance and what a result, get in!! Looked back to our best today, hopefully now with less games to play within a week allowing more recovery time we can hunt down that top four and even leapfrog man u into 3rd, this resulst has got to install confidence back to the team, come on onwards and upwards

I might have to watch that match again, 2nd half at least, to really give fair consideration to the MoM poll. First reaction is that the only difference between the 1st and 2nd half was that the midfield were putting quicker pressure on the ball, and the forwards were putting the ball in the goal whenever they got half a look.

The most pleasing aspect forme (apart from the goals obviously) was the return to the football that we love. The full comitment, brave (not stupid) on the ball.
Salah rinsed Shaw throughout. 2 goals and 2 assists. Probably should have had more if the ref treated him fairly. Favourite moment was the close control dummy fake that Man Utd couldnât deal with.
Harvey toolk the ball down the right, and we nearly scored. Wouldâve been some team goal.

I did say their defence wasnât particularly impressive a few weeks ago against Barca and then against someone else.
Anyhow every single of that 11 deserve motm.
