Wirtz could shit in peoples teapots and people wouldn’t say a word about him. He’s been nothing short of a disaster of a signing got a decent position for a shot and a fart could have played ball harder.

If he was that good why was he pulled off still 1 down.
Iraola has never worked with a 100m forward before admittedly, but when he arrived we were told that the physical demands he has of his forwards means we should expect it to be rare that they make it through the entire game without seeing fresh legs come on.
Here he is, never appears when Wirtz has a good game and many lauded and supposed better players have failed against packed defenses.

What you call a good game is a very low bar 4 goals and 4 assists since 1st of Jan in 25 games.
Can you imagine that front 4 at the likes of Madrid, £400+ million, they’d be run out of town performing like they have been.
There’s a middle ground I know, Madrid fans being entitled cunts, but these blokes are getting waaaaaayyyyy too much slack.
Watching that yesterday it struck me that if I didn’t know any better and someone told me we picked the 4 of them up for less than £50 million I’d have no reason to doubt it.

I can remember a time on here when posters would try and argue Lucas was better than he was, but we know how that ended. Same with Wirtz, its obvious he isnt going to make it in the Prem, yet folks will still try and argue otherwise. Its misplaced hope.

Yeah Wirtz is more of a Kevin Stewart, quite simply one of the best there has ever been in his position.

Scoring 6 against lask means nothing… FSG has been cheap for years. Finally break open the piggy bank and spend on our attack and they cant score a goal against Arsenal.
Got to remember Wirtz barcola isak were brought in for this kinda match. To break down and score against top defensive teams and parked buses.
