Played well in spells, but far too many periods of sloppiness. Need to sort that out.

elliot has been great, but i would take him off and put thiago in to fortify the middle and push keita further up

Look threatening going forward but defensively we’ve been very sloppy. A lot of carelessness around our own box. McNeil is giving Trent a tough time, would say they’ve had the better chances. Wouldn’t be a surprise if we see Firmino and Thiago introduced early in this if the flow of the game remains as it is.

Not exactly filling me with confidence. McNeil not making life easy for Harvey and TAA.
Would like to see Mane more decisive with the ball when he gets into attacking positions.
Tsimikas worries me. He seems to have those concentration lapses that can be very costly.
Hoping for a much improved 2nd half from our lads.
