Pre-Match Arsenal vs Liverpool 03/04/21 20:00

Someone really needs to have a word about that hair… Troops halla at your boy

So dominating but haven’t tested the keeper… mmm de ja vu

Tierny off, one less threat

Mostly made the right calls … for once

Get well soon but why the fuck does he have to walk over the whole pitch.

I’ll join you, mate. Purely so that you don’t have to stage a one-man riot. :joy:

He’s played the same time as Robo with Scotland. Big blow for the national side as they were starting to link up well.

Get Jota on and smash these, they really are shit.

Keita and Jota in the second half should do the trick.

Arsenal there for the taking…

Trent on point defensively so far. I’ll give him a free pass on that last Arsenal attack down the wing…

Did anything happen at all? I didn’t watch the first half.

Time to bring on Jota me seems, eh Kloppo?

On evidence thus far, Arsenal would improve by hiring Sam Allardyce.

You missed some interesting haircuts.

He got back quickly but it was great to see Thiago busting a lung to get back to cover inside as Phillips was drawn to Auba

It’s a familiar pattern. Dominating the game but impotent in front of goal. Arsenal are there for the taking but they’ll probably get one chance, score and win the game 1-0.

It’s all a bit um 2000s from us. Tidy but not inspired Benitez-like steady stuff. Good job that era’s Arse haven’t turned up.

So the Arse have hired Jose’s bus.

We’ve played excellent until the final shot. The Arse just looking for one breakaway moment in the 90 minutes. Avoid letting them score, and around 65 mins Jota to come on to exploit the tiring Arse defence.

Okay half. We’re keeping the ball well, although that has never been the issue even in our rut. It’s really making a difference having Fab in midfield, steadying the ship. We’re creating a few chances but our final ball at times and our finishing is still a concern. Mane looks good on the ball but iffy with his decision making. Bobby hasn’t been too bad which is nice to see!

We needed the half time whistle. In the past, we came through adversity after half time. Here’s hoping Klopp can get the tweaks through to them and we score a couple here.

Jota on at 60 if its still 0-0.

Fabinho winning the midfield battle.
