That’s sealed the win for Bournemouth. Some refs you just have to make them mean nothing but the guys got an Egyptian curse on us.

Im in favour of the change, should also merge November and March. Sadly its never disappearing so I’d rather have this than a break after 3 matches in September.

Smash them
They are shit

It’s bad enough Peaches isn’t here these days…
That said, I’m sure the idea of roleplaying would be intriguing for him…

We are a work in progress. Unbeaten, but too many draws. A draw in isolation is not a bad result, but we need to grab all three points here to give us a little lift going into the international break. We are well off the pace, and Arsenal and Man City look head and shoulders above everyone on the evidence so far. But beyond that, anything seems possible.

A nice win would be just the ticket. Come on you red men.

I would play:

Alisson
Araujo Jacquet VVD Kerkez
MacAllister Nyoni
Gakpo Wirtz Barcola
Isak

However, I would be very surprised if we left Szobo and Grav on the bench, especially the former.

I just wanna win. Don’t care about how, we need to get a lengthy winning run starting from this match to bring into the break

I saw a very interesting clip of an interview with Oxlade-Chamberlain where he said it took him 3 months to get to grips physically with Klopps training intensity and demands on the pitch. After he got through the pain, he was flying.
Hopefully that is also a part of what the guys are going through now, balanced with keeping them fit too. We really need some patience, even though we get frustrated watching them not win. Hopefully the game against Spurs set a baseline of what is expected of the more senior players, the younger guys showed great energy and commitment.

Result wise the only really disappointing match was against Fulham at home where we didn’t manage to score.
It’s still early days and imo scoring is the most important aspect. It helps gather momentum.
So we need to be better than against Fulham. Show our teeth a bit more.
At the moment I feel how Szoboszlai performs is key. Against Fulham he reverted to his silly closing down with no bite. He has to keep the pressure on the opposition for us to function better.

Grav should be on the bench based on form. I’d love to see Nyoni start but can’t see that since he started against Spurs a few days ago. I bet it’ll be Macca and Dom with Wirtz in the 10.

100% agree, Grav should be benched. My comment should have been clearer in saying I would be surprised if we left BOTH Szobo and a Grav on the bench, though a case is starting to emerge to try MacAllister and Nyoni.
