Not much from the bench in terms of attack other than - Ngumoha. This is where we need to finish the game in the first half. Not worried as this game is at Anfield. But we need atleast a very good striker soon. Last season we would have got two among Jota/Gakpo/Diaz/Nunez sitting on the bench. Think we missed out on Cherki and Joao Pedro. Would have cost 80 million and we wouldnt need Isak with that lineup. Hopefully Chiesa shines and proves me wrong.

Curious thing is that on the official app, Salah and Gakpo are listed as midfielders. Apparently, we are now 4-5-1.
More chance of Isak featuring in this game than Chiesa, and we haven’t even signed him.

Elliott i guess will operate in the mid for Szob/Wirtz. Havent seen enough of CHiesa to rate him as a game changing sub like what we had with Jota/Gakpo/Diaz and Nunez. I rate Elliott a lot. He will do well. But my point is attack-wise we lack world class depth compared to last season.
That kasabian track they just played on Sky was absolute detritus.
