He said there’s a way where both him and Wirtz play together. Maybe this is what he meant.

Last season it was surely already less than what we were used to with Klopp’s team.
What I’m saying is that this season it looks even less than last season. Wondering whether it’s solely because of the players natural tendency (Lucho left or up top, Nunez up top and Szobo at 10 pressing more than Ekitike and Wirtz), or whether it’s anyway a different game style by Slot (which is of course based on the players he has, too).
Basically the question is whether we should expect to reach last seasons pressing levels as the new players train more into it, or whether it will stay like this.
Get into him…he keeps stuttering..and dithering…

Midfield looks lost and Salah hasn’t shown his magic this season. Will be happy with 0-0 at half time. Have a feeling we might win this game with a set-piece.

Come on walshy , say what you really mean.
You cannot really press high unless you get possession in those areas first otherwise you are too spread out to do anything. That appears to be the bigger problem with our performances so far over these games
