Pre-match: Liverpool v Aston Villa, Saturday 20th May, 15:00

I’d bring Firmino on if we needed a goal regardless anyhow.

Milner probably the same if we are trying to see out a lead.

Not sure the other two are fit anyhow.

Win the game first, then worry about goodbyes.

No room for sentimental stuff until the points are secured.

Bobby had better get on the pitch or there’ll be a riot and I’ll be leading it. I know there’s not much room for sentiment in football any more but I think JK’s wise enough to know what the fans will want and it’s not like we’re going toe to toe with City for the title. Bobby will score anyway. We all know it. Taking my hankie with me. It’s going to be emotional.

Do u think they’ll make him captain for the game??

I know what you mean and providing he’s fit I don’t see a way he doesn’t. Same with Milly but probably not the other two.

But whilst there’s still a chance of catching Man U we need to make sure business comes first. Bobby coming off the bench to score a later winner whilst they drop points at Bournemouth would be a lovely way for him to say goodbye. The place would erupt in a way we’ve perhaps not seen since the Barca game.

Useless bastards

If Firmino is fit you’d bring him in if you needed to rest or needed a goal anyhow so not see why it’s a major issue.

He’s not a carthorse

Bobby will 10000% make an appearance this match…I would bet both of my testicles. I hope the KOP sings his song the entire match, I wish was there for this game. Never once faked an injury, requested to be traded, sulked, whined, demanded something, been here when we were shit, won every trophy, etc etc…he’s one of a kind, don’t expect to see many players like him for awhile.

DON’T LEAVE US BOBBY!

Two of them will leave us as genuine legends. The two other ones will be remembered for a time as ‘what ifs’. Hugely talented, but broken by injuries.

Milly and Bobby are my two preferred players currently at the club, so saturday will be an emotional moment, but that’s life.

Klopp spoke well today. Let’s not forget there’s a game to be played and we still have a chance for CL this season. Could be a lot of emotions and distractions around it. Players need to absolutely leave all of that for post-match and beat Villa. Klopp’s record against Emery is good, but they’re a side that can make a day like tomorrow tricky.

I just don’t see how Villa can stop us…especially at Anfield.

Last home game of the season, will be playing on the players’ minds just before they walk out the tunnel…can only see them coming out all guns blazing with intent to wipe wash this team.

We need some sort of pay back from 3 years ago, this is not forgotten.

Take it 6 games and it’s:

Bobby and Milly on bench.

Villa only 6 subs?

Was about to ask the same. Two of them are goalkeepers.

As much as I wished they’d beaten Man U, they did not.
