I appreciate the need I just think rotating something like 2-3 per game is more cohesive than 7 changes for this game so we can play pretty much Sundays team again next weekend.

It’s the experience. That’s priceless in such a tie. Knowing how to slow down the game if it goes too wild. Giving a younger lad a quiet instruction if he does something wrong. Going in hard on an opposing player who has too much confidence. All this kind of stuff. Two genuine captains on the pitch tonight, I’m ok with that.

For those not liking tonight’s line-up, don’t forget that we have the whole rest of the first team at disposal, on the bench. If something goes wrong, there’s always the opportunity to make changes, and we all know how good Kloppo is when he makes changes.
