back to winning ways and hopefully we continue that, joint top, but got to admit, some squeaky bum moments
Fresh legs needed. Still a big call by Klopp with that starting midfield. A beauty by Trent for the opening goal. THen just before half time, we were guilty of over playing hte ball and got turned over a few times, and it eventually led to the equalizer.
Fulham had their tail up at he start of the second, so it was a sweet finsih by Grav, a goal from open play at last. He opted for precision, and curled it away from the keeper.
Jota led the line today, and while he wasn’t in the game much, he stepped up when it mattered and scored the third, which then finally made for a comfortable end to a game for once.
Oh, and Dom coming on the last few minutes absolutely stunk up the place, albeit in the wide left forward position. Gave the ball away for Fulham breaks on a copue of occasions, and then passed short or to no one when in a good position. Needs to be calmer on the ball in those moments.
On to the derby on Wednesday.
