They’re doing really well in the middle of the park. Tight and compact when we have it but breaking our press relatively easy through the centre and charging straight through the middle.
Feels like our best route is bypassing that area. Need more long diagonals from Virg and to get Trent on the ball more.

We just lack composure in our box sometimes, which leads to panicked clearances or rash judgements. We were under no immediate danger, he had time to look around and simply leave it.

Every aspect of his game has deteriorated significantly over the past 3 years, except finishing. Had he been this productive with his chances 5 years ago, it is staggering to imagine how many goals he could have scored.
