Premier League 2020/21 (Part 1)

Apparently, Ancelotti has said that Pickford will be back next week against Utd.

As ever, EFC happy to roll over and gift Utd the game.

Given the table, that might not be the worst outcome.

Olsen’s a Robin, but he doesn’t have bird arms like Pickford. Solid save.

Can’t watch the whole match, but I am hoping Newcastle gets at least a point against these guys.

Decent match actually. Everton starting to come on these last few minutes, but Newcastle has had some fun moments. Lascelles has had a good half.

After watching the game before and 7 goals this is so boring.

I’m going to bed now, so there’s bound to be a few goals in the second half.

Sky’s caption under Souness yesterday: “Won 12 major honours with Liverpool, including 5 league titles”.

Sky’s caption under Cahill today: “Finished in top 6 4 out of 8 seasons with Everton”.

Southampton defence is so shit. I saw Watkins shooting unguarded thrice. How did they allow that Grealish goal, stupendous.

Newcastle pen. Wilson 1-0.

That’s another top stop by Olsen. Pickford might need to lower his expectation for next week.

Meh, tried a pun at what Eldorado mentioned the other day concerning Newcastle and their interesting names, but I failed.

It will be interesting how they view it on MOTD2 tonight

Somehow shoving the ball into a player’s stomach like a punch isn’t violent conduct. A pitty pat retaliation to the face is, though.

Science needs to study Saint-Maxim’s hammy ‘cause he looked done at 45’.

Of course I miss it. Had to take my canine friend for a trot. Tell me though: are you still bored?

It certainly isn’t the Sean Connery school of refereeing anymore, is it?
