Itāll never happen, thereās just so much that goes against common sense that weād know it was rubbish. I dont even care about the retaken penalty. I would however love to hear why WBAs pen was overturned as that was so blatant i cant think of any reason why it was overturned.

I was watching the rugby this afternoon and it was refreshing to hear the refs explaining the reason for their decision even better everyone could hear the conversation between the VAR room and the referees

Why all of a sudden have they decided they donāt want goalkeepers to move forward off their line in a penalty situationā¦ Against modern footballers that can strike a ball with a velocity far greater than the old style laced up leather water saturated dead-weights, that were used when the ruling was introducedā¦ Just crazy.!!
With a greater volume of penalties being awarded so willy-nilly these days, surely the governing body need to give the goalkeepers more of a chance to save the spot kickā¦ rather than penalise them even further by restricting their movements when facing a lightweight ball that can travel like a rocket in comparisonā¦ If worried about goalkeepers movements narrowing the takers angleā¦ then remark the penalty spot at at 14yds instead of 12ā¦!!
The excitement is slowly being strangled from the game we used to playā¦
