I rent a flat. Internet has been dodgy for a while and my landlord has promised that they will install fiber any day now (apartment is nice otherwise and quite cheap for what you get, but internet sucks due to ancient cobber lines that are now being changed). But until that happens, it is unstable, sometimes decent, and other times horrific like now.
