Soton’s football has been every bit as good as City’s in this match. Don’t know whether it says more about one club or another. Watchable game, in any event.

I think it’s been better, the football tactics quotient and execution that is. Yes , There is a difference of a 600 million pounds in terms of transfer value and player quality (and thats probably counting the first xi only)

And also Ings has been injured and that’s screwed Soton over.

Shame Ings got injured. Southampton had a good go, and if Danny was there in the second half, no doubt we’d be looking at a different scoreline.

BTW, half the cheaty players should’ve been on yellow for most of the second half.
