Points?
Did they get a point/points off us? It wouldnāt surprise me.
What, Derby 07/08? I donāt they troubled anyone in the top 3rd or so, though I recall we played them Boxing Day and it was close.
Just checked, they got more that 33% of their points against Newcastle (Win and Draw), and got 1 of City.
That was pre-Gulf City though.
I checked my memory of that Boxing Day match - classic time-added on Gerrard winner.
They had just the one win versus Newcastle. If the Blades are going to beat that 11, they are probably going to need at least 2 wins over the back 20 matches.
Damn, just looked at Sheffield Unitedās next matches. Newcastle coming up, then Spurs, then away to ManU and ManC. Not that unlikely that they are still at 2 points after 21, especially if they fail to get anything against Toon.
The entire bottom 3 could solidify as soon as next weekend. I canāt see Brighton winning this week, but they just need one to put themselves two results away from the relegation group.
Is Potter overrated? Iām asking genuinely, not at all trying to stir it up. Iām not a fan of his, but I know heās well regarded in some circles. Brighton results arenāt any better in the same sample size than they were under Hughton. In fact, I think they have less points. IMO Chris Hughton got a raw deal bc he didnāt play attractive football.
He sure gave George Bailey fits.
Brighton is in real danger of relegation.
Yet 1 goal could put them at least 5 points clear of three terrible sides.
Pep knows how many points they have
Wolves equaliser Saiss.
Was about to say this Wolves team isnāt very good
This game is like how to concede stupid goals
and again ![]()
Really well done by Traore. Good to see that he is still able to do stuff like that despite a sub par season.
I doubt Brighton can mount any serious challenge towards a different result. More likely with more Wolves goals on counters now.
I think thatās the worst performance from Brighton this season, absolutely terrible.
I think they are maybe among the weakest teams in the league, relegation a real possibility.
The more I see the Ancelotti blood plasma advert the more I kind of find it amusing, considering they lost in the second half.
