This weekend showed there are 3 really high quality clubs with few weaknesses. We’ve got lethal scorers. I loved the way we constricted Arsenal and shut them down. Real team effort. We just have to stay tight at the back, just get a little stingier with goals allowed, and we can win the league. Chelsea are in great form, but the cold, wet winter is coming.

My perception is trouble in the room at Leeds. Caught a Kalvin Phillips interview on Sky and it seemed he was holding back. He was asked about playing in the back line (in the match) and he said he didn’t know why he was asked to do that, or what the philosophy was.
Was then asked if there was anything better Leeds could have done second half, he seemed to hold back his initial thought and changed his answer to “better game management”.

I doubt Bielsa is a good communicator. He probably still communicates through a translator, which may be a problem at times. Also, he strikes me as the professor type that doesn’t necesarilly think it is necessary to explain to a certain student why he is giving him this and that chore, but expects it done anyway.
I don’t think there is any doubt what so ever as to Bielsa’s tactical prowess, but his communications skills are maybe I suspect, quite horrible.
