Problem is he had Covid and he can pass that to anyone.
Letting it let rip could lead to another variant like Delta or even worse. I was a bit meh about the close contact stuff and that should have just been to take a test but if you have COVID like here then I’m sorry he is playing with a 11 other players on top of everything else on match day.
The fact he wouldn’t have to isolate is in my view not responsible, do we want even more lockdowns? Just so the likes of Pulsic can play a match?
Yeah it’s disappointing if happens that teams lose players but we’ve had this for a year now.
It’s better to isolate a player than what seems to be happening in the conference and below in which whole games seem to falling because testing isn’t in place.
Not picking on you, but may I point out that we are letting it rip. In light of a full Anfield and the general end of lockdowns (even with lockdowns the virus moved freely in Western society), attempting to control the virus’s movement among elite athletes is akin to attempting to bail the Titanic with a paper cup.
Man City with all the ball. Norwich after 5 mins without the ball finally nick itl and a good transition possibility……and Rodri straightaway pulls down Pukki.
Leeds vs Everton has been a good game so far. For a 6ft5 Colombian Mina isn’t half a bit soft mind, flailing all over the place after a little shove from Bamford.
Shitty second goal chalked off. Good use of VAR there. Tripped on the blind side of the ref.
Regarding the first goal, looked a tight offside call on Jesus. Probably the thicker lines saving him. Anyway, this match seems to be a cricket score match for the cheaters. Hope I’m wrong and Norwich pull somehting out the hat.
