Deserved his man of the match.

Phew, time to relax the rectum

Salisu was immense. Well played Southampton. Very good. They were under siege for large stretches of that, as expected, but had their own quality too.

City still big favorites to win the league, but two dropped points is welcome.

We have to make sure we do our job against Crystal Palace tomorrow.

Pep will be ‘Rattling’ tomorrow when we take Palace apart

Will English media talk about Sterlings miss?

What a glorious way to find yourself 2 hours behind schedule.

Will be interested to see how much that result moves the 538 needle…they were on 88% before kick-off.

87.5. Get in. Insert Dumb and Dumber quote about there is a chance…

Edit
You never know. Win tomorrow. Win the game in hand. Win against City. All of a sudden, it’s game on.

Exactly.

Hahahaa…SFA

Down to 84%.

Bombay Badboy?

if we win tomorrow it’ll go to 83.7623 % for Cheaty. It’s very accurate that.

Chicken and mushroom, innit?

Sounds familiar? … but this is actually just a small sample from bluemoon tonight.

Bent fucking referees not even trying to hide their bias

The referee was a disgrace, constant time wasting left unpunished. Blatant red card missed.

Ref blew precisely on 6mins despite them wasting lots of time during injury time. How often does that happen. Not very. Plus every VAR decision in their favour. Hmmmmm.

Sick of talking about it but once again the ref and VAR were a fucking disgrace yet again.

Come out and explain how the stamp on Laporte wasn’t a red. Corrupt as fuck

They’re already down to 84% as of now. 538’s model is based mostly on their SPI (Soccer Power Index), a metric that they’ve come up with that is mostly based on xG and xGA models, but combines a lot of other stuff like remaining opponents, home field advantage, etc.

Like all predictive models, it’s not intended to be 100% accurate all of the time, but in the long run they will get more right than they do wrong.

If we win tomorrow, it’ll be less about getting 3 points, and more about performance indicators pointing to if we can be reasonably expected to do better over the rest of the season, etc. City are one of the best teams in world football, because they’ve ruthlessly cheated their way to get there. Newcastle will be the same in 10 years or so. Football is going to end up dying out because UEFA and the PL couldn’t resist having massive amounts of money pumped into them by shithouse oil regimes.

It’s is what it is.

We win our two games in hand and the gap reduces to 6 points with still a very long season to play.

Don’t think City will have another run with 12 league wins again this season.

One game at a time. Another League win without our African players would be huge. Psychologically perfect to go into the upcoming break.

If this happens I can see us be much better than we started the season (which was not really bad).

We’ll be even on points going into the final day.

Stevie G will get a draw at the Emptyhad and we’ll twat Wolves at home 4-0.

The entire City of Manchester will riot and every other neutral will say it was the best title race in history.

I can feel it in me bones.

And Everton will be relegated, after losing at Arsenal. There will be one hell of a party that night.
