Exactly. The only permutation that could put it back in our hands was WHU absolutely spanking City so that they had only a 3-4 GD advantage, which wasn’t going to happen.
A draw or loss is pretty much identical for our situation. Since the Wolves loss to City, the title would always require City to drop points in both their final games. It’s half time and the Hammers did their job. Over to you, SG.

Didn’t see any of the game and didn’t know Taylor was the ‘referee’ until now. I didn’t have to watch it to know he’s dodgy as fuck, it’s easy enough to come to that conclusion if you’ve seen him ref any of our games and the fact he ‘misses’ so many incidents that should go in our favour. I’ve listed them on here several times already so wont waste my time doing so again.
West Ham not winning hasn’t really made a difference imo, it’s highly unlikely goal difference would have come into play even if West Ham had beaten them 2-0. We needed Abu Dhabi to drop points in both of their last games so it’s a good result in that respect.
Getting back to referees, I’ll make no excuses for once again pointing out it looks more and more likely the cheat Kavanagh will determine where the title ends up. It’s a fucking national disgrace and every bit as corrupt as what happened in the likes of Serie A over the past 40 or 50 years. Teams play 38 games over 9 months, fans spend thousands of pounds watching them and invest God knows how much emotionally and at the end of the day it’s all down to a fucking cheat where the title ends up.
We should be hanging this corrupt cunt out to dry publically and to hell with the consequences.

Sort of glad to see Leeds get that draw and (temporarily perhaps) get out of relegation.
There’s a good bloke at the Pub from Leeds. He shows for every one of our matches. He was looking glum yesterday when the subject of relegation was brought up. He’s a bit brighter today, I reckon.
Imagine after spending 500m, you’re trying to avoid relegation.

It’s not just him, though. It’s every wanker who gives nothing when Fernandinho and Rodri commit their tactical fouls and even less when Salah and Mané get manhandled every week.
