This is all you hear on the Caf. How shite we are at defending and keep getting bailed out by âdodgy offside callsâ or forwards inexplicably fluffing their lines or worldie saves from Alisson. Itâs all bollocks. We have the most clean sheets in the league and have conceded an average of 0.66 goals per game this season. Itâs the same as all of the laughable comments about Trent being a defensive liability, despite the fact that he leaves space in behind by design. We play the high line better than anyone, and we can do it because we have the best 'keeper in the world between the sticks and 4 absolutely world class defenders at the back, and a world class CDM in Fab.
The PL is the best league in the world by a long way, with teams that can hurt you on any given night. Defensive weakness? Fuck right off.

Tbf to Gordon, I didnât mind him before yesterdays game but he did accumulate 704 points in the game alone which is the record of any player in any 1 game.
Holgate isnât even worth mentioning.
