Brighton @ 13-1. Couldn’t resist.

Unless you’re LFC you can’t go toe to toe with them so they’re probably doing what most teams do…sitting back and hanging on.

Everton have been outplayed in the first half. Failed to have one attempt on target.

Everton

33% possession…at home

Brighton are hopeless.

There are moments of hope for Brighton but then the players try some very strange passes.

Ake looks injured for some time now.

I remember how well Brighton played at Anfield, when we were lucky to get a point, despite leading 2-0.

We outplayed them in the 1st half…they outplayed us in the 2nd…so here’s hoping…

Brighton trying their absolute hardest to gift city a goal, as well as trying to make sure that they don’t have any shots at goal, even when in excellent position. They doing ok however it seems like it’s just a matter of time before city score. The pressure does seem to be affecting city.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see City drop points in any of their remaining games, really. They haven’t looked right since Palace.
They’ve lost that surgical inevitability, then they get pissy knickers the longer the game goes, and they’re lacking leadership on the pitch.

Liverpool have had a bid to move their upcoming visit to Newcastle United turned down by the Premier League.

The Reds had lodged an official request for the game to be pushed back from the 12.30pm kick-off slot on Saturday, April 30.

They hoped an agreement could be reached with both the league and broadcasters BT Sport to instead play the fixture at 7.45pm on the same day. | @dmlynch
