Phil must be hurt, eh? Not on the bench either.

All or most at least of all the incidents were mentioned at the time on either this or the VAR thread. The de Bruyne incident was only yesterday so of course folk will be discussing it in this thread. As for your estimate of 40…50 people ‘jumping in’ and screaming? You’ve responded to those posters. Did you “jump in here and scream about it”? Or did you simply give your opinion?
Posters on here will have differing views on all subjects. Just look at the matchday threads. One poster will say player A is having a mare while another poster will have the same player as MOTM.
Best not to get too riled about someone’s ‘football’ opinion.

I believe the longest reigning current manager in the major leagues in Europe could be about to come to an end…leaving the next longest reigning current manager…as Klopp

Almiron is on fire this season. 0-1

Now only 1 less goal from the first 14 games than he’s managed in the previous 3 years.

Around this time last year, if I’m not mistaken, Man City won a tight game at Stamford Bridge by a single goal and turning that draw into a win was the catalyst for a series of good results in PL that ultimate led them to another title. I wonder if Arsenal can do the same this season - they are the least of all evils that fight for the title this season and I like their style of football very much. Dominant centre backs, hard working midfielders, insanely quick and talented wingers with end product, centre forward who doesn’t score that much but makes the team look better - not all that different to our best football under Klopp, eh?

Any football follower- no matter which club they support- who would prefer Man City to win the league over any other club needs their head examined.

Have absolutely no idea how Elyounessi missed the target.

Well, there was a time when the only consolation I got out of football was Man United not winning the title - Man City were directly responsible for three of those occurrences, so… Yeah, I feel dirty because of that but for me they are still the lesser evil than the devil’s club.

Shaw with one back for mancs.

Emery is sucking Utd dry.

This match makes me wistful for the glory days of Ole and even the early days of Erik.

This may be a bit Evertonian of me but I’d love it if we’re at least above United.

Watching CR7 is reminding me of Chelsea’s version of Torres. Happiness and effectiveness is certainly there.

Why did ETH turn back to Ronaldo when they were going on a little run without him?

Newcastle perhaps.

Anyone else I’m ok with even Man Utd.

Had to score that Adams.

Wood makes it 0-2

Given all the time in the box to turn and find the bottom corner, decent finish mind.

‘We showed maturity’

FT: Chelsea 0-1 Arsenal

Arsenal

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta, speaking to Match of the Day: "We’re playing a top top team, a top manager, top class players. The team showed maturity, composure and confidence and showed real character to impose ourselves on the pitch.

"It was really difficult to contend with the quality they have. But starting with the front three players, we put on a lot of pressure, it will give them more belief.

"It’s a really young team, but they played as a really mature team and it’s a big step against this opposition.

"What Manchester City are doing is what they’ve been doing for six years, they’re the best team in world, with the best coach in the world. We have taken another step against a really difficult opposition and to convince ourselves we can do it."
