Premier League 2022/23 (Part 1)

Same, he’s quality.

State of Tottenham here, the Everton of North London.

Richarlison what a horrible creature

Work with me here :+1:

Looked like a fan kicked Ramsdale and then ran off up the stand. Should be arrested easily, he was on camera.

That was Tottenham’s best shot on target.

Fantastic result for football today

Top 4 more or less set.

Don’t see any outsider pushing on a run and breaking in.

Doesn’t have to though.
He was offside and interfering with play.
Goal shouldn’t stand.
But its United?

You need to read the rules regarding when and what they are penalised for being offside and what denotes interfering, it is stupid but in regards to what the rules actually say the correct decision was given even though in the spirit of the game it is a stupid rule/interpretation

Rashford was offside but that is not an offence and no City player was close so how was he influencing the outcome? He let the ball pass him without attempting to play it.

Might be true, but keen on understanding why Trent was offside yesterday… what am I missing was the difference?

I can’t recall that but did he attempt to get involved by trying to play the ball or chase after after it?

Yeah he did if I recall it right.

Found a link to it. I feel both decisions should have been same. Offside or not.

And both decisions were the same, lino rightly put his flag up for Rashford too.

VAR as always want to make it about them.

Don’t think VAR got involved in it? The referee in the Rashford incident went over to talk to the linesman and then quickly gave it. He probably asked if Rashford touched it but I didn’t hear anyone say there was a VAR review in progress.

That seems like the proper way to officiate, just ask the United players if it is okay or not.

Or, react to the City fans surrounding you by saying “I dont care what the right decisions is but whatever you’re demanding Im going to do the opposite”

Couldnt happen a better group of dick bags

It was the right decision, however for me why it should be changed is that Rashfords whole intent was to initially move onto the pass and shoot it was only at the last moment after a call from Fernandez did he change his mind, hopefully another future rule change as these interpretations are just becoming ludicrous
