Yeah, I think little can save Potter now. He was dealt a harsh hand, but this is just far from good enough. He has no laurels or history to justify keeping him either, like Klopp and some other top managers.

One thing Iāve realised is that 538ās models rely quite a fair bit on their own index, which essentially uses transfer fees as a proxy for player quality. Which we would of course do poorly on, and United do excellently on.
Whereas itās quite the opposite if you actually do look at genuine player quality.
