Understand your point. However often a foul wonât be given unless a player goes down. Kane is not there to make a stand. To make a point. Heâs there to do the best for his club.
Feigning injury is kinda synonymous with the game now. Just how it is. Right or wrong. This was also a foul. It was a red card. My stance would be different otherwise.

The problem is in weâre in a weird circle of ridiculousness. âYou cannot raise your hands to someoneâs faceâ has no basis in the rules and is just a trusim people say because other people say it. It is meant as an easy to understand surrogate for things that are violent conduct, but clearly not all cases are violent conduct. But because we now know that if a player goes down in a such a situation it defacto becomes violent conduct once someone goes down, and everyone accepts it as a justified red because âyou cannot raise your hands to a playerâs faceâ despite everyone including the ref knowing the player dived just.
Ref got all the big calls right, when theyâre as clear decisions as they were today the refs shouldnât need to look for or be influenced by either players reactionâŚunfortunately in this country the refs lack the brain cells to comprehend this.
None of the decisions Kavangh made today required any law of the game or interpretation of the rules bollocks, bit of common sense and you get 3/3 decisions correct.
