Premier League 2022/23 (Part 1)

Utd should be about 6-1 up

Wan Bissaka’s miss was as bad as you’ll see.

1-0 Utd

This is the first time I’ve said this but Pickford’s has a fucking brilliant half here.

Everton players jogging back on that counter. Lazy effort from them this half.

Hopefully that effort continues to the point where they’ve left it a little too late to turn it around and come next month we’re sat here celebrating Everton playing championship football.

A ball lofted in the general direction of Everton’s left back area, and Man Utd are through on goal again and again.

If Everton played like this against us, Salah would’ve scored about 5 one on ones by now.

He’s kept them it in. And yet, with Dyche doing a Klopp with a high line, Prickford needs to come off his line quicker. Ali would’ve smothered the danger at times before Rashford/Anthony could collect it.

Only way back for Everton is to somehow fluke a goal. Erikson will probably come on for 20 or 30 minutes, and he will have fun playing against this set-up.

Missed the first half but listening to the clowns in the studio utd are all over them. A draw would be fine.

Would he? Maybe if he had 50 attempts yeah.

Everton player in left back area does a Lovren and gets under the ball time and time again, allowing the Man Utd player to have free run at goal. Yeah, I’d back an off form Salah to put it away.

Shocking from Coleman

I doubt that there would be street parties in such a case. A lot of schadenfreude yes, some bantering and piss taking sure but celebrating? It’d be beneath us even if we were having a normal season, let alone now.

At least that’s my take on it.

They’ll be all that as well, you’ll see first game at Anfield next season we’ll have about 5 songs ready to sing for them.

Really? I can’t remember the last time we sang about another team.

Our supporters aren’t that small time.

We will have a chuckle with memes and move on.

If we went down and they stayed up, then yeah that would be how you describe it.

Certainly worth a laugh if they go down. The way they are playing, they may well. It’s really indifferent form, and Dyche does not seem to have imposed a style of play on them as of yet.

This Chelsea - Wolves game is shit.

I just watched Nunes pick up the ball on the edge of his box, run 60 yards than pass it straight to a Chelsea defender.

Nunes 1-0, a worldie.

Some goal that.

Toney misses his first penalty in 23 attempts for Brentford. Very tame attempt.
