To be on the clip it was a pen, with a yellow (then red) Totally understand why the ref didnāt see it but VAR should do better.

If the clowns in VAR calls the clown on the pitch over to the monitor he gives a pen and a 2nd yellow to Maguireā¦heād see the same image weāve just seen + a bunch of other shitty angle versions.
Thought maybe the ball came from another body part (his oversized head for example) first and then touched his hand.
