Basically it would be nothing short of a miracle. We need Newcastle to drop 10 points from their remaining 7 games even if we win all our remaining games. They are in good form and honestly, the EL place would be more realistic but hey, its not as if we never did miracles before but this is going to be as big as it comes.
They’ve played 31 and won 16 so theoretically they fail to win 50% of the time. That kind of ratio would see them drop enough points for us to overcome them.
I just don’t think they’re a particularly talented team outside of a couple of players. If we keep winning, they’ll feel the pressure.
