Premier League 2022/23 (Part 2)

Let me guess, they got their telescopes out and judged there wasn’t enough “force” in the challenge…they can only act once the player is lying there with his leg amputated.

Don’t think I’ve ever seen this Castagne chap put in a decent performance, absolutely useless.

What was his foot doing going in above knee level?

Just a shocking letoff

13% possession, ugh

Not been the most inspirational change has it? Bringing in some dud that failed badly at Villa and Norwich. At least with Rodgers whilst they were terrible and didn’t have a clue how to defend…kept the ball relatively well.

No logical explanation for it I’m afraid, but the real question is how many times are these refs gonna fuck up until we decide enough’s enough?

Yeah a head scratcher that.

I wonder what happens if Newsandcastle score?

Leicester are just so indifferent once the ball is over the half, 3 v 7 most of the time, and insipid challenges when they lose the ball

It’s like they WANT to get relegated! This team was PL
Champions not too long ago!

Maybe they want their rebuild without the distraction of European football on the horizon??

I knew a player who not only did he not have a relegation clause in his contract, the clause he did have allowed him to force his way out on a deal that made him even more money. He was financially incentivized to not fight to keep his side up.

The lineup and the approach to the game is clear evidence of a team that has lost its way completely…

Just hoofing the ball upfront is the antithesis of everything they have been; and they do not even have the players to do that…

This is so appallingly bad.

11 behind the ball and they still are leaving gaps and now they are arguing with each other.

They are doing the right thing, do some expect them to play wide open football like they did all season.

The placement of the midfield line is odd, Leicester seem to be allowing space right around the 30 meter line, which is really not what one wants. They are blocking the passing lanes from that position, but there is so little margin for error at that point.

There are still massive gaps though, I don’t mind 11 behind the ball if it’s a boot up field but the chaser isn’t chasing and there was a gap the length of the channel then.

Yup very risky, nearly got something from it as well there.

Get in the bin Kelechi.

What are you doing Iversen you muppet.

What game is this, with passing lanes and bins?
