Most talented Everton signing in the last decade and a half.
Pretty amazing to see 38yo Young and 37yo Milner both starting PL matches in similar positions.
Maupay couldnât hit water if he fell out of a boat.
Would he get his aim right in real life ?
SoâŚâFoghing beooouuuuuâ
Villa going with Konsa and Mings over Carlos and Torres, Newcastle benching Barnes with Almiron and Gordon starting. Interesting selections.
This will NEVER get old
I think the issue is the lack of stamina and strength. Theyâre handling Ferguson correctly. For someone whoâs only 18 , there needs to be care. Probably when heâs 19-20 , youâll see him being given more minutes.
How good is Ferguson? Michael Owen at 18 level being a measure
I think heâs pretty good. Not Owen at 18 level of course (Few are/were as good). But someone who can be a 15-20 goal a season guy given a couple more years.
Just checked his stats , heâs scored 10 goals (all competition last year) , played only 25 matches and missed around 5 games due to injury.
Thatâs impressive. Miles better than Danny Fucking Welbeck who scored 7 goals in 37 matches (all competitions) last year.
I feel a bit bad for Welbeck, there was a player there but knee injuries robbed him of his effectiveness.
Unlike MaupayâŚwho has never been effective
Maupay was probably better than Welbeck at Brighton.
Was it accompanied by a seat cushion hitting the back of your head?
Also itâs to do with the system that Brighton play as well. I swear he got signed by Everton on the virtue of his FPL scores. He was a pretty safe bet for those FPL sides when he was in Brighton.
Brighton would do well to get a decent-good striker this window. Even if only for 2-3 years. They donât have the killer edge.
Youâd be lucky if it was only the seat cushion and not he rest if the seat as well
Will Everton auction those seats at Goodison when they go to a new stadium ?
I expect people to take souvenirs home with them. Letâs face it their security is terrible at the best of times.
They have enough trouble selling them now!
