Paqueta under investigation for suspicious betting patterns. City have puta hold on the proposed transfer because apparently theyre worried about the charges (not a very self aware club). Paqueta was arguably West Hams best player at the arse end of last season so keeping him for longer would benefit them even if he does end up getting charged.
