Var sent him over to the monitor for a review and he changed his decision after seeing it came off Colwillās head - commentators claimed heād now given a pen and weāre confused because it clearly hit his head
They realized it was not a pen and wondered how var changed its mind again

Honestly donāt see anything wrong with that Chelsea pen. It wasnāt given Because presumably the ref only saw the upper body contact. But there was tangle of legs and as a defender if you chase an attacker down and trip him, even accidentally, itās a foul.
