Premier League 2023/24 (Part 1)

Anyhow it’s 9 Hags.

How much did United pay for him and how long is his contract ? This was so predictable.

He looks 10kgs heavier

If Newcastle fans want to catch the last train home… they have to leave the ground at half-time…!

Good luck getting home

Man City v Newcastle (20:00 BST)

Manchester City only arrived back from Athens at 4am on Thursday after winning the Uefa Super Cup in midweek, and it is fair to say Pep Guardiola is not happy with the Premier League for their scheduling of this game.

It’s hardly ideal for Newcastle fans either - the last train back to Tyneside leaves Manchester Victoria at 9.32pm… to make that, they would have to leave the ground at half-time.

The Toon Army do have a couple of other options if they want to take public transport home, but they are hardly, erm, enticing… they could get a National Express coach at 11pm, which goes via Glasgow and gets them to Newcastle at 5.25am, or a Megabus that leaves at 10.10pm and gets them in at 3am.

Still, they can always watch Match of the Day on iPlayer when they get home. So not all bad news.

Saturday kick offs after 5.30pm are almost impossible to get back from.

El Oilyco

Haven’t a clue what any of that was that delayed the kick off.

FT 1-1 this.

This is cnuts game isn’t it.

Is it me or do City look thin?

Peds will see them through.

Haaland lol.

Where’s that little rat for City?

Haaland makes a mess of it.

Which one?

Have Newcastle touched the ball yet?

The ugliest 1 of them all :stuck_out_tongue: the one not playing.

Haaland looks like an ogre.
