There’s almost a bit of fear when Manchester United win a corner but Manchester City insist on taking them short and this time it comes to no avail.
Most of the focus of explanation for why City has been so poor this season has been their defensive frailty, but here they have not even allowed a shot on goal - their offensive execution is just dire. It is like they don’t understand the idea of ball circulation anymore.

The Stoke vs West Brom games under Pulis and Hodgson had more attacking flair and creativity than this.

I only saw his reaction at first and I thought it must have been a horrid tackle.

Anyhow City have Villa next week which if they are like this and they should be then Villa should do them even after yesterday.
