Premier League 2024/25 (Part 1)

Could have judged that without lines yesterday.

Never once has it ever shown the lines level its always shown as one in front of the other which determines off and onside.

I think pre VAR days Nunez would have been classed as level.

That isnt true. This is from summer 2021 describing the change being brought in. There have been many cases since then when the analysis has produced a single green line determining the attacker to be level.

And then this from 2022, discussing multiple instances of VAR allowing a goal for an attacker being level

Does he want out already?!

But first Brighton vs Brentford.

Brighton missed some chances and now Wissa punished them. 1-0 Brentford.

Edit
Offside. Very tight

Looked offside to me in real time

Good watch, this…

You can see why we could be interested in Pedro

Ipswich with none of the ball but a fairly comfortable opening 20mins for them here. Arsenal look like us in the first half yesterday.

Yes but it’s probably over as soon as Arsenal score the first.

Edit
GAME OVER

Kind of ironic that donKai Havertz is their top scorer in the league this season.

I switched the game off right before, was getting quite bored.

229 to 11 passes completed.

Yikes.

Credit to Arsenal. This shows tremendous mental strength for them to be performing like this with the fact they can barely put out team today with all the injuries.

That foul by Jesus. 100% yellow card if that’s a Liverpool player.

Guess the ref knows that he is on four yellow cards.

Tonight’s matches aren’t quite living up to the excitement of yesterday.

Wow!
Very reckless by Pedro

Am I alone in thinking that Kieran McKenna looks like the illegitimate love child of Phil Neville and Thomas Tuchel?
