Premier League 2024/25 (Part 2)

I took the dog for a walk with Utd winning and came back to see them losing. I was only out for 10 mins

LOL, just catching up with the goals, and how stupid do you have to be to complain about that second goal. Get on with the fucking game, lads.

State of this club.

Hey I know what’ll be a good idea, rushing back our players from injury so we can mount a late surge to finish above Everton.

It looked to be from a knock, although with the size of him, it was a trivial looking contact to make such an impact

Lamptey foul on Gordon and pen given…although that looked outside the box.

Not the best intro in the game for Lamptey.

Good job by VAR

Craig Pawson was right there and still gave a fake PK!

NC are in trouble here.

Notts County?

Spurs’ first corner today: 61st minute.
Man U’s first corner today: 65th minute.

That Europa League final is going to be a cracker.

I somehow miss the times when it was almost as important to watch the Manure games as it was to watch ours…these days it just serves to have a little background noise when doing homework. And Schadenfreude of course, although even thats not what it used to be…

That’s 100% a dive. Pawson’s had another shocker.

Willock you cheating little scrunt.

Good job again by VAR, Pawson’s a disgrace.

Schade again, hmm. Does not seem like a good day for Manchester United.

I must have missed those.

you didn’t

Third time Pawson’s given a Newcastle pen on field…finally gets one correct. What was Ayari thinking.

I would much rather the ref gave those and then let VAR sort it out. It looked a pen in real time. Can’t blame the referee at all.

Yes you can, he’s yards away from it in real time and it was an obvious dive…we’re watching from a camera in row Z.

Except the way VAR works (and the way fans say they want VAR to work), is that it opens the door for a pen being given where no one thinks the contact was enough to give a foul

Gordon was pathetic on his though. The going to ground was understandable given the contact. But the writhing in agony for what was a trivial ankle tap is embarassing.

Some Arsenal fans wanted that goal yesterday to ruled out even though your guessing what it hits based on the trajectory of the ball.

When fans are at that point it’s pointless considering what some of them think.

There’s a moral in that story if you care to heed it for our sakes.

Oh dear Forest.

Offside. Lucky for now but the draw doesn’t help them.

5 minutes to play.
