Foden’s mistake changed the game
24hrs ago people were claiming City were back.
Pep trying to do his best to hand his mate the title.
I’d expect more from Soton.
Funny how they completely lost their way. It’s completely unclear what they are trying to do tactically.
End of empire feeling.
Haaland has another 9 years of this
All 4 of Arsenal’s goals have been from City mistakes.
Akanji/Stones
Foden
Ortega
Savio
City are so cooked loool.
Bringing Gunsdogen back was a mistake as well
’ “I think we can beat every team in Europe. Akanji , three days ago.
That Reis fella they got from Brazil has been getting a lot of hype with his manager over there calling him special. He could prove me wrong obviously but I’m skeptical as to this quality when he has failed to get past U17 level for Brazil. That means the selectors at U18 and U19 level both think there are at least 4 better CBs in Brazil.
They’re not always right but it’s usually a good indicator.
They got him on a free right. Looks like Rodri kept them in the game - hard to believe but thats more like it looking at the way this season has transpired.
Savinho should be taken to the back and put down.
I only hope Man City are this bad when Liverpool play them.
And you just know they won’t be.
I just hope these guys play the same way against us. We are facing them later feb I guess.
Everyone focuses on Rodri, but Foden’s extended run of lack of form is likely just as big an issue for them. In De Bruyne’s absence last season Foden carried so much creative and goal scoring weight for them. But this year he has been arguably even less use than Rodri has, because least Rodri wasnt present to take up space in the XI while doing fuck all.
Only kovacic has played well. Rest are poor.
Hopefully Foden doesn’t turn up against us. He has been the thorn when we play them.
I think this game might ignite another City tail-spin. They had managed to claw back into sight and been nurturing ideas of holding onto the top 4, maybe in position to jump back into the title race if we falter.
