Premier League 2024/25 (Part 2)

Brighton could easily have had 6

Somewhat seems like the Chelsea we got used to last season.

Which has got me thinking about Euro qualification numbers from EPL next season.

It may be irrelevant where Chelsea and United finish, Chelsea should walk the Conference trophy and United favourites for Europa. So they could be both in.

So how many CL spots and other Euro spots for the rest? Shitloads maybe?

Leicester fans did warn that their form and performance dropped off dramatically in the 2nd half last season when teams adjusted to the playing style.

Chelsea getting torn apart in midfield

How ironic. Pochettino’s side got better as the season progressed…

Yeah I think I may have said this in passing on the board at the time in December. Didn’t expect it to happen twice.

Marco Silva used to have that after 18 months but hasn’t yet done it at Fulham

Lots and lots of wasted pounds, how is James the captain, Enzo poor, Nkunku poor, Neto poor, Sancho shit.

Only decent buys Palmer and Caicedo, but not at $115m, $50m is his worth

Enzo starts more fights than good performances.

i dont think anyone truely believes that, its just that its statistically possible…

i think its the metric alot of people use around this stage of any title race, or maybe slightly closer to the finish line, to determine what a club needs to win the league…

i dont think Arsenal (or whoever is closest in the equation) win the next 14 straight, but if you ā€˜assume’ they do, and reassess weekly, it gives you a clearer indication and a very basic and quick look, at whats required to win the league.

its also they way any club who aims to win the league should be thinking about it…one game at a time being the first and only mantra obviously for the players and staff…but on a holistic picture…assume whoever is chasing, has enough to do what it takes to take you all the way…

Yup it stuck in my mind.

Anyhow Arsenal have the best defence, they do but it’s one goal in it.

OK one of our greatest players and greatest traitors is a pretty good analyst in my opinion.

Thank you. I will now leave the room.

Have you watched our games? It makes no difference. He can even piggyback Bernardo Silva and still get the foul called against him

And that’s not even going into the goals to see which ones ought to have been disallowed.
