Dead man walking.

Arsenal as per their current trajectory (form this season) should be ending up getting 74 points this season.
They’ll need to be scoring 2.5 points a game for the last 10 games to be getting to 80 points. For context , we have 2.41 points per game this season. I know I’ve said 78 points is probably the max that Arsenal can achieve. But looking at the trends of this season so far and the fact that arsenal will prioritise the UCL more (for all the good that it may do to them) , they might not even cross 74 points by the end of the season. That’s still 20 points over 11 games for them.
This season is done. Let the fat lady have her verses ready.
All this shit about a striker is annoying they aren’t creating chances full stop its becoming a convenient excuse.
There was no title race this season. At no point.
United have been top of league longer than Arsenal this season.
Their form in the last 5 in which they were presumably chasing us down is dire. 8pts out of 15, meanwhile we hit a “slump” in that same period and have 13/15.
That one day will live in infamy….

I’m in knots over here
Craig Burlet gives him a run for his money, but Merson is just too fucking stupid to be on the telly. I’ve said it many times but it bears repeating - he’s a charity case at this point. Sky feel guilty for enabling his gambling problem so they’re keeping him on the payroll….and fueling his gambling problem…
Your missing the numbers, and the numbers don’t lie.
I’ve always wondered what Burley’s reason for being a cunt is.
He played for Chelsea prerequisite.
Bet they ain’t?
What odds on them paying him to do so?
It would be a serious gamble…
Soton shouldn’t beat the Derby record but the fact it’s still up there is pathetic.
The gap just keeps getting wider. Established PL teams have access to so much more money and resources that it’s nearly impossible for newly promoted sides to stay up and compete. The only way it can happen is with sugar daddy owners, but since Chelsea/City/Newcastle, rules have been put in place to prevent that sort of thing from happening, making it even more difficult.
I know we all hate it, but a breakaway european super league is almost inevitable at this point. The bright lines of demarkation between Established clubs at the top and everyone else is just getting brighter. You can say that the likes of Forest, Villa, Bournemouth, Leverkusen, etc all show that the cycle can be broken, but it’s so few and far between so as to serve as the exception that proves the rule.
Money rules the world, the sports world doubly so.
