Everton actually looked quite good for much of the first half, but have started to melt after they gave up that first goal.

Watkins is so poor these days, he finishes 1 in 10.
I haven’t seen enough of Villa this season to understand what is going wrong there, but it fairly plainly is. Chelsea seem to be headed in the right direction, so perhaps not the week to judge, but Villa are on a dire run.

I’m currently in the pub, and there’s a black guy here who has been cheering on Chelsea, quite loudly as well, throughout the first half.
I was going to ask him how he can support such a racist club (or if he had heard of the Headhunters, or what he thought of the recent racist and homophobic comments made by Fernandez), but I’m not in the mood to engage with idiots.
