With Boxing day falling on a Friday, the P/L were always going to get slammed no matter what decision they made.
Do they stay with tradition and play games of Boxing Day, or stay with tradition and play games 24 hours later on Saturday?
Either choice they made would upset some folk no matter what they did.

Last time the6 did a full round of fixtures on Boxing Day Friday then another âweekendâ round in the Sunday/Monday. Seems like a reasonable compromise but would see everyone complain about player welfare with only having one day off between games
