Chelsea dropping points is good for us. And either/both Man Utd and Villa will drop points tomorrow.
Inconsistency in the race for the CL spots has given us a lifeline. That’s our good fortune, but we’ve been so poor ourselves that it remains touch and go.
We really need to be beating Spurs tomorrow to help us in the run in.

Paul Tierney was standing at the centre spot with the ball waiting for kickoff. The Chelsea players decided to go for a group hug at the same area instead of somewhere in their own half.
Even though I cannot stand Tierney, what Chelsea players did was just basically some kind of power trip and see if the ref budged.
Edit: Apparently, Liam Rosenior on huddle around referee: “My players made a decision that they wanted to be around the ball, to respect the ball” WTAF, this is hilarious.

Newcastle fans seem to think they should have had a penalty. The ref should have booked someone really. It was so weird he didn’t know what to do.
