It’s nice to see Spurs fans suffering. I remember when they’d come to a game at Anfield and throw Monopoly money in the air, shouting ‘loadsa money’!!

What colour are the ribbons on the PL trophy going to be…still red I hope…
Need to be able to award a penalty even if the ball is out of play.
However, normally tell players off and then when the ball comes into play give an easy freekick against the attacking team.
Refs bottle it.
All they need to do to stop those shenanigans is copy what they do in Europe if you so much breath on the goalie they give a goal kick.add to that giving yellow cards to any defending or attacking players for rugby tackling or judo throws.
No opposition players allowed in the six yard box. Even more simples.

There is the 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 of a fifth-place playoff between Liverpool and Bournemouth for a Champions League spot!
This would leave both teams on the same goal difference, points in head-to-heads, and away goals, resulting in a play-off at a neutral venue

If points, goal difference, goals for and against are all the same (it could be) it would go down to head-to-head, and we have scored a goal more.

I was just looking up our officials for the last game. I noticed the refs for the final games for Spurs and West Ham which will determine the relegation place were also up there:
Spurs vs Everton:
Referee: Michael Oliver.
Assistants: Stuart Burt, James Mainwaring.
Fourth official: Bobby Madley.
VAR: Paul Tierney.
Assistant VAR: Mark Scholes.
West Ham vs Leeds:
Referee: Anthony Taylor.
Assistants: Gary Beswick, Adam Nunn.
Fourth official: Steve Martin.
VAR: John Brooks.
Assistant VAR: Dan Robathan.
Now, I don’t think for a moment that there is a plan to throw the results. But if there was, that’s how I would do it.

Well, Oliver looooves the camera and the attention, Taylor is constantly behind the play, Tierney definitely doesn’t like us but I don’t know where his allegience lies between Spurs and Everton. If he hates scousers in general then Spurs are sorted
