Sounds like terrible business by us. We should have insisted on a sale to Dortmund etc or kept him. Basically just get back an older, unplayed, less valuable and unhappy/want away player for fuck all upside.

Seems a continuation of last season with a few teams swapped.
Effectively if something had clicked after our start weād probably again be out of sight. The difference is just we are missing from the top.

To think we let the lad go and compare him to what we have now.
Chukwueze is looking like a good skillful player.
Both those 1st half goals were brilliantly worked against set defences and are the type of goals we are completely incapable of scoring as we pass it sideways and backwards in front of the defence.
Do we even practice this stuff in training? Fucking depressing to see other teams do it easily.
