Premier League 2025/26

Great, too bad that we fucked up practically week in week out.

Hang on, aren’t they title challengers too?

Which game to watch now? Im inclined to say City-Sunderland, but City are really fucking boring

It would be hilarious if the year that Arsenal finally have a completely clear run to the title and then Unai Emery coached Aston Villa run away with it.

Scunthorpe Tamworth mate, promises to be a thriller.

I’ll take it

Estevao “better than Yamal” Willian Almeida de Oliveira Goncalves on the bench for the plastics today.

Emery trolling the interviewer by starting off with a “good…afternoon.”

Me, too.

Edit: obviously, this means that Aston Villa will inevitably pip us to fifth spot after our winter/spring winning run is halted by a defeat to Man United or Everton, sparking a string of bad results.

Turns out every answer to this question would have been the wrong one.

Yes, I have been watching and they are unfortunately rather good, and managed to get passed the very compact Sunderland a few times. Sunderland is hard to break down though.

Both goals have been good too, unfortunately. Dias goal was rather amazing tbh.

I had hoped for a red card, but Gvardiol stays.

Watching a Frank coached Spurs press far more effectively than Liverpool

City 2 up against Sunderland all after we got that hard fought draw against them lol.

Ok, if these scores remain the same, we’re down to 12th and Everton go up to 5th. Unacceptable. We have to win tonight.

I miss our “busy” press. It was always very entertaining to watch us play with high intensity press. It got my blood boiling with enthusiasm. I don’t know if it’s the most effective, as we won the league with Slot with a more moderate one, but it was the most entertaining and the two seasons were I thought Liverpool were best, was the one where we narrowly lost to City and the one we won with Klopp.

But that’s all a bit emotional of course. Not entirely objective maybe.

Villa showing what is possible, coming out of a slump. They were bottom three when we started off with 5 wins.

We have a lot to sort out to get to where we want to be, and hopefully a win against Leeds today gives us a step in the right direction.

Seeing Arsenal lose is nice, but at the same time frustrating, as we aren’t close enough to be relevant to the title race at the minute.

Citeh dismantling sunderland is predictable but what is more galling is Everton making NFO look like shit and a thomas frank Spuds making brentford look like shit.

Fuck me sideways!

Everton winning 2-0. Strange isn’t it, how Forest can come to Anfield and play like it’s a cup final but fail to even show up at the Hill-Dickhead stadium.

Going into HT 0-0 was practically seen as a win.

It’s a whole different situation at Villa’s predicament in the beginning. Their first 5 league games were 3 draws and 2 losses which can be retified if you have time. They had time on their side.

Our slump was on-going from last season with only brilliant moments bailing our asses off in the league at the start of this season. Once that disappeared, you get what we see now.

If that is a slump, I wonder what do you call ours when we were losing 4 in a row at 1/4 of the season gone?
