Ontario Premier Doug Ford announced yesterday that Coca Cola will be creating jobs in Ontario with a bottling plant. I wonder if the Gunners have applied jobs over there.

Why am I delighted that a team with 115 charges and a petulant manager may run them down again.

Simply Arsenal fans have become insufferable.

Well done Wolves. The bottom team showed some fight. Arsenal were 2-0 up but they bottled it. I foolishly put Gyokeres in my fantasy football team as Arsenal had two games. He’s crap!

I think Man City are going to win the league.

Very pleased to see that Wolves, of all teams, managed to nick a draw. I was watching Bodø, but was keeping an eye on the result.

Then again, I would (MUCH) rather Arsenal win the league than Man City, but on the other hand I don’t want them to win in an impressive manner…

why were the Arsenal even playing this morning?

League cup final they should have played Wolves that weekend. Its the same as we had last year when the Villa game got moved forward.

If only we had managed to be half competent instead of languishing at no man’s land.

Depressing.

Yes, if Manchester City wins the league once again, with a team that is not their best…

That would be the True Worst Case Scenario for English football. I don’t care who it is, just please, please not City.

At least Arsenal almost never wins, so would be really healthy for the league. But if Manchester City wins, sigh. It would be soul crushing for the sport.

I love it. I don’t want Arsenal to win it, and anything the Manc cheats win I consider it fake. Doesn’t count.

It counts in the history books and in a few years, no one cares about the economic doping of this era.

So you shoot yourself if the foot if you even wish them to win imo, but that is my opinion. I know many share your opinion, but I just don’t get the logic of it at all myself. 20 years from now, a city league win in 2026 will be just like any other win desite the underlying issues of unfair economic advantage.

I want Fair Play, so hope someone more deserving wins, as that is better for football as a sport.

I understand your point, but I cling to the naive notion that their titles will be voided when their charges are finally processed. I dislike Arsenal, their arrogance and pettiness .

First time in Premier league history a team top of the league has surrendered a 2 goal lead to the team bottom of the league.

I respect that.

I just don’t think it is healthy for football and see no reason why we should wish City fans yet another year with celebrations. They have so many. They are blasè.

I’d agree with you about the 20% of Citeh fans who are truly legacy supporters of that club. Unfortunately the other 80% of their fanbase are new-money, new-“soccer” fans of a club that’s been buying trophies. I don’t care about them so let them celebrate their ignorance all they want.

There are few funnier sights than with that lot. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

City’s final home league game is against Villa. Winner takes all, I hope.

I think watching that game we will have to be very wary of Wolves in both games, Pereira is a good tactician and motivator.
